Holiday Franchise Company employees purchase own franchise

Two employees of The Holiday Franchise Company have purchased a franchise business from the company they work for.

Business development manager Jenna McCullagh and business development executive Kimberly Hood have more than 39 years of travel industry experience between them, having been top sellers at numerous independent agencies.

In a joint statement, they said: “Never had we dreamt that we would be running our own travel business until starting our roles at the Holiday Franchise Company.

“Experiencing how the company supports their franchisees and how focused and passionate the team are, they are always looking for opportunities to stand out from the competition.

“Seeing how the existing franchisees had grown their own businesses, we had 100% faith to invest our money.”

Joanne Aldridge, head of franchise, said: “We pride ourselves on our proposition, resources and support. You know you have got it right when your own team want to invest in a business with you.

“Jenna and Kim are showcasing how full-time employed, busy mums, can be successful business owners too.”

The Holiday Franchise Company described franchising as “one of the safest and most risk-free ways to start up and run a successful business”.

A spokesperson said: “Buying a franchise that you will enjoy is the most important factor of all.”
