The International Mastery Retreat (March 22-26) was held at Constantinou Bros Asimina Suites Hotel, Paphos, for 70 agents as a “thank you” to members who recommitted to working with Not Just Travel.
Co-founders, Paul Harrison and Steve Witt were in attendance for both events, along with new commercial director Chris Harrison and several business development managers. The trips featured workshops, tours and networking.
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm, The Travel Franchise, said: “We hosted our consultants in some of the finest hotels in Cyprus during the most ultra-all-inclusive of trips.
“We laid on everything, including world-class training, 10 amazing presenters and the benefit of learning from each other.
“Supported by our trade partners at Constantinou Bros Hotels and Classic Collection, we’ve helped over one hundred consultants grow their businesses. Sales don’t just increase after these events, they skyrocket.”
Aristos Diomedous, general manager of Constantinou Bros Hotels Group, said: “For us, being able to host so many consultants is an amazing opportunity.

“It is important for consultants to have a first-hand understanding of Cyprus as a tourist destination, including its culture, history and people.
“Our goal is to combine these elements with an incredible stay at our hotels, and for each individual to personally experience the luxurious amenities and renowned Constantinou Bros Hotels hospitality, allowing them to share this whole experience with their clients.
“It’s a valuable, mutually beneficial partnership that will develop into significant sales.”
Sheikh Sajid, a consultant who joined Not Just Travel earlier this year, said: “Cyprus was an amazing experience; the hotel, food, entertainment were all first-class. We learned a lot and I can’t wait to start seeing results in my business.”
