Sister-run agency eyes further growth after joining Inspire Group

A sister-run agency is targeting further growth after joining the Inspire Group from Independent Travel Experts.

Leanne Moore launched her homeworking business in 2015 before being joined by her sister Lisa Reed two years later.

The business, which has 31,000 Facebook followers and last year achieved more than £1.1m in gross sales, also employs James Dryden and Jade Clark.

Having rebranded to The Holiday Lady, Moore and Reed have set their sights on boosting their sales further under the Inspire Group.

“Our business has gone from strength to strength in recent years and our appetite for further growth knows no bounds,” said Moore.

“What attracted us to Inspire is their overall proposition and strong culture, which we believe will be more suitable for us going forward.

“I have also worked with Lisa in the past and know how adept she is in leading a homeworking business, and I am really excited to be working with her again.”

Lisa Henning, managing director at The Inspire Group, said: “We welcome Leanne and Lisa to Inspire with open arms.

“Having worked with Leanne before I know only too well what an amazing homeworker she is, and we are thrilled that she has chosen to partner with us.

“Leanne and Lisa are a perfect cultural fit with our team, and I am looking forward to seeing them flourish further through their partnership with us.”

Inspire had three homeworkers when Henning joined the business in April 2021 and now has 54.

Henning added: “We will continue to drive recruitment in this key area with vigour during 2024.”
