Travel Counsellors has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Dave Callan as customer director and Victoria Wilson as chief people officer.
The pair joined on April 19 as the company reported its most successful sales month since the start of the pandemic.
Callan, who has more than 15 years experience in marketing and commercial positions within financial services and sports, joins Travel Counsellors in a new marketing position with a focus on supporting the company’s growth.

He will be in charge of developing, leading and driving Travel Counsellors’ brand and ensuring it is reflected throughout the company.

As chief people officer, Victoria Wilson will be part of the executive team, focusing on the company’s approach to talent acquisition, leadership and development, as well as leading internal communications.
