Travel Counsellors has launched a show dedicated to wellbeing issues and monthly coffee mornings to support the firm’s agents and colleagues.
Called Wellbeing, the show is available to watch on Travel Counsellors Television (TCTV), a regular update broadcast live from the Manchester head office to homeworking agents over the internet.
It features agents and colleagues as well as guest speakers, including the company’s partner mental health support service, Able Futures – a government-backed initiative that delivers mental health support.
Travel Counsellors has also introduced monthly wellbeing coffee mornings for agents and support team colleagues.
The initiative is so popular that they are now twice monthly with an average of 60 TCs (Travel Counsellors) and colleagues attending the calls.
