Travology Travel founder launches recruitment drive for sister agency

The founder of Travology Travel is recruiting for a sister homeworking agency specialising in ultra-luxury travel.

Lucy Clarke, who launched Travology Travel in 2020 after leaving Protected Trust Services, launched Opulenta earlier this month and is now on the lookout for agents.

The business will focus on providing high-end clients with “once-in-a-lifetime tailor-made travel experiences” with a personalised service.

Clarke hopes to recruit between three and five agents with previous experience of luxury travel sales to join the venture.

She has aspirations of one day growing the overall headcount to 25 homeworkers across the sister brands.

Clarke said: “Five years after setting up, I feel like it’s the time to launch another brand.

“As Travology Travel evolved into a more affordable luxury area, I knew I wanted to launch an ultra-luxury brand to make the two completely different.

“Affordable luxury is trying to find the best holiday for the lowest cost, while high-end clients do not necessarily have a bigger budget but it is more to do with the quality and the experience.

“The key will be getting some really great homeworkers on board.”
