Windstar Cruises unveils Middle East mini-programme

Windstar Cruises has added five itineraries featuring ports of call in the Middle East to its programme, starting from November 2023.

The 312-passenger Star Legend (pictured) will operate the departures, ranging from eight to 18 days which include stop-offs in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Oman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain and Qatar.

Prices for the 18-day Wonders of Arabia sailing departing from Athens to Dubai, transiting the Suez Canal and spending five days in Egypt and Jordan, start from £6,980.

The Realm of the Queen of Sheba sailing from Muscat, Oman, to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia departing from March 12, 2024, is priced from £2,310.

Prices for the 12-day Red Sea Revelries via the Suez Canal, departing from Jeddah on April 7, 2024, start from £4,700. The itinerary also includes a day in Heraklion, Crete.

All five voyages feature in the line’s new 2022-2024 Voyage Collection brochure, which is now available to order and access online.

Windstar Cruises president Christopher Prelog said: “Windstar is excited to introduce our guests to the Red Sea and Persian Gulf with new itineraries in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Qatar.”
