Leeds Bradford gained a new link to Turkey with the first Thomas Cook Airlines flight of the summer to Dalaman.
A second weekly flight to Antalya took off last night (Thursday).
A 20,000-capacity programme to Turkey will run across eight weekly flights from the Yorkshire airport between May and October.
The two new Airbus A321 flights follow Thomas Cook reporting an 84% hike in summer bookings to the country over last year.
Airport chief executive David Laws said: “We are delighted to see the return of Thomas Cook Airlines and the first of their flights to Turkey take off.”
