Minoan has completed the sale of Stewart Travel, the Scottish travel group has announced.
Due to the sale, Duncan Wilson as stepped down as a director of Minoan with immediate effect, and will remain in charge of Stewart Travel.
In a statement Minoan said the board would like to thank Wilson for his valuable contribution to the group since his appointment and wish him every success with Stewart Travel.
Christopher Egleton, Minoan chairman, said: “Now that the sale of STL [Stewart Travel] has been completed the board is clear to concentrate on optimising the value of the company’s project in Crete for the benefit of shareholders and stakeholders”.
