Ruth Hilton has been appointed as commercial contractor at music, entertainment and film travel management specialist, The Appointment Group.
Hilton will manage the firm’s private clients division and report into corporate and private clients managing director, Shelley Brady.
She joins the business as a consultant to support and develop the UK leisure business.
Hilton previously worked for Trafalgar and Insight Vacations’ as sales and business development director. She left the business in September.
Former dnata Travel senior vice president Steve Barrass was appointed chief executive of The Appointment Group in August.
Ex-JacTravel chief executive Terry Williamson joined as non-executive chairman of the board last week.
It was founded in London in 1988 by Maurice Veronique and John Gianquitto who continue to act as joint chairmen and chief executive officers.
