The Cape Verde islands are being targeted for an additional Tui Group-owned resort.
The first all inclusive Tui Magic Life club will be developed in the island of Boa Vista.
Located directly on the Praia de Chaves beach, the property is due to open in winter 2020-21 with 575 rooms.

Features will include a main restaurant, three à-la-carte dining areas, four bars, five swimming pools and a wellness area covering around 1,600 square metres.
The club will also offer an aqua park for children, four tennis courts, a football pitch, four volleyball courts and an archery range.
This will bring the operator’s wholly-owned property portfolio up to more than half a dozen owned hotels in the island state off the coast of west Africa.
The first Robinson Club is currently being built in the island of Sal and the company also operates the Tui Sensimar Cabo Verde Resort & Spa concept hotel in the island in addition to five Riu hotels.
Tui holidaymakers already account for more than one third of all visitors to Cape Verde.

“With the construction of a new club in the archipelago, we are therefore not only creating an additional year-round destination for our guests, but also investing in the future of our hotel business.
“Our hotel and resorts segment already accounts for around 40% of our group’s earnings.”

All of this forms a perfect basis for our first club resort in West Africa.”
The Tui Magic Life portfolio will include 16 clubs in Spain, Italy, Greece, North Africa and Turkey from this summer.
