Riviera revamps brochure to showcase themes

Riviera Travel has added 11 new holidays to its European & Worldwide Tours Collection.

The brochure features the operator’s remaining 2019 holidays and the full programme of 2020 escorted tours.

Tom Morgan, national sales manager, said: “We have made this brochure easier for agents to navigate by clearly signposting if the tour is single, twin or multi-centre.

“We have also added what the tour is best for, whether it be Natural Wonders, History, or Scenery.”

The new tours are in Europe, north Africa, Asia and the Arctic.

Prices for the new holidays start at £469 for a four-day escorted tour in Prague, including flights, three nights’ accommodation and a tour manager.

Other new tours in Europe feature Italy, Valencia and Catalonia in Spain, Corsica and Greece.

The new Greek tour is Thessaloniki, Meteora & Alexander the Great’s Greece, which costs from £949 for eight days, including flights.

Clients will visit Meteora and Mount Athos monasteries, Macedonian tombs, and follow in the footsteps of Alexander the Great in Pella.

In north Africa, the new Imperial Cities of Morocco escorted tour includes Marrakesh, Casablanca, the capital city of Rabat and the Roman site of Volubilis.

It costs from £849 for eight days including flights.

The new holidays in Asia are a 16-day cruise around the Maldives on the 56-passenger MV Yasawa Princess, for £3,299 and a Malaysia & Borneo tour, from £2,189 for 14 days. Both holidays include flights.

Also new is Voyage to the Arctic & Spitsbergen, on MV Ocean Atlantic in June 2020.

It offers the chance to see the glaciers and fjords of Spitsbergen and wildlife such as polar bears, walruses, whales and Arctic foxes.

The 10-day holiday costs from £3,798 including flights.
