Air Transat is to introduce the first direct service to Quebec City next year and restart non-stop flights from Gatwick to Montreal.
A weekly flight from Gatwick to Quebec City will operate on Thursdays between May and September.
Flights to Montreal are set to resume in May, with daily services from June to September.
The Canadian leisure carrier returned to the UK in September with a three times weekly service from Gatwick to Toronto, that will be upgraded to a daily frequency from May 2022.
A weekly service to Toronto from Manchester re-commenced on October 20 and flights are set to re-start from Glasgow on December 16.
Four weekly flights will be offered from both Glasgow and Manchester in the summer peak next year.
However, the airline cautioned that it may have to modify its schedule “depending on the evolution of travel restrictions”.
Return economy class fares from Gatwick to Montreal start at £374, and to Quebec City from £443, based on selected travel dates in May and June 2022.
UK, Ireland and GSA markets commercial director Sonia Kurek said: “There is a pent-up demand for travel to Canada as one of the world’s foremost destinations, and Air Transat is thrilled to be the first airline to operate a direct flight between London Gatwick and Quebec City, thus allowing British travellers to discover this must-see destination.
“Thanks to our renewed fleet, now one of the world’s most modern, and an enhanced domestic flight programme offering multiple connections via Montreal and Toronto, it will be easier than ever to discover the Great White North next summer.”
