Distant Dreams unveils winter preview offers
Long-haul operator Distant Dreams has launched a winter preview brochure to fill the gap between its 2000 and 2001 programme. The new brochure covers departures from October 1 to April 30 next year and contains the operator’s best-selling tours and resorts. New to the programme are New York weekend breaks which will target the Christmas shopping market. Three hotels are featured, ranging from three to five star.
Distant Dreams managing director Peter Traynor said: “The demand for post-Christmas and New Year departures meant we couldn’t afford to wait until the launch of our main brochure later this summer.”
Also new are charter options to the Maldives and Cuba following the demise of Air Maldives and the termination of its contract with Cuba’s national airline, Cubana.
Scheduled flights with British Mediterranean Airways from Heathrow to Luxor have also been added while the three-star Giravaru Resort in the Maldives and the four-star Paradise Beach in Koh Samui in Thailand are also new.
