Downloadable sales assets for agents to use as marketing collateral are being made available this week by Riviera Travel.
These includes social tiles, window posters and videos as part of the river cruise and touring operator’s Riviera Explorer e-learning platform.
Almost 2,000 agents are using Riviera Explorer with an increased opportunity of winning prizes and incentives and new functionality.
National sales manager, head of trade and partnerships Amanda Docherty said: “We understand the crucial role that travel agents play in booking cruises and tours, especially given the higher price point of these trips.
“Holidaymakers often seek the added reassurance of speaking to someone they trust. That’s why we’ve invested significant time and resources into supporting our travel agent partners.”
