Hotelchain Novotel has appointed Michael Penn as head chef at its new London enterprise, the Novotel London Tower Bridge, which opens tomorrow. Meanwhile Novotel’s parent company Accor has bought a 20% stake in the previously state-owned Polish hotel and tourism group Orbis.
