Korean railway link to reopen

A railway link between North and South Korea looks set to reopen as early as autumn next year following a recent peace summit.

The suspended portion of the inter-Korean railway between Seoul and Shinuijo near the Chinese border in North Korea will probably only be open to foreign visitors and could pave the way for a proposed rail system that will link the Korean peninsular with Europe by connecting to the Trans-Siberian railway.
