Amathus adds new islands for Greece summer 2000 brochure

AMATHUS Holidays has launched its Greece summer 2000 brochure featuring new destinations and a focus on the lesser known areas.

The specialist has added the Greek islands of Kefalonia, Kos, Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonissos, Karpathos, Symi and Zakynthos.

Island-hopping itineraries by air also make their debut.

General manager Andreas Vasiliou said the new emphasis has been placed on flexibility and the uncommercial regions.

“Our clients have become more sophisticated and now actively seek out the local colour,” he said.

Tailor-made holidays, tours, cruise and flydrive options are included in the programme.

Prices lead in at £314 per person for seven nights’ self-catering at the Menigos Apartments in Corfu.

Offers include single parents discounts.

Cruises lead in at £1,489 for a seven-night trip on Star Flyer around Greece and Turkey.
