ABTAhas announced further details of speakers and sessions at this year’s Kos convention on October 27-30.

C&N Touristic chief executive Stefan Pichler, First Choice Group chief executive Peter Long and lastminute.com UK managing director Helen Baker start by looking at e-commerce and fees. On day two, Thomson Travel Group chief executive Charles Gurassa analyses the European industry, while Holiday Hypermarkets managing director John Donnelly looks at whether agents need to reinvent themselves. On the last day, Henley Centre director of consumer consultancy Martin Haywood and Airtours Holidays managing director Richard Carrick focus on the customer.
