* macau government offers virtual CD-ROM
The Macau Government Tourist Office is launching a promotional CD-Rom at World Travel Market that offers a virtual tour with commentary and visuals of the former Portuguese enclave.
* Nikko hotels to promote delhi property
Japanese hotel chain Nikko Hotels International will be promoting its new five-star property on its stand at World Travel Market. The 174-room Nikko New Delhi opened last month and boasts the only Japanese restaurant in the city.
* PATA launches india outbound report
The Pacific Asia Travel Association will launch its India Outbound Report at WTM. The report analyses the explosion of leisure travel from India, mainly to Europe and North America. Compiled by Travel Research International, it will give an idea of where people are travelling to, whether they are travelling on business, on holiday, or to visit friends and relatives.
* raffles international looks to spa packages
Raffles International will be promoting relaxation packages at WTM following the opening of Amrita spas at six of its hotels. The spas are in Raffles City, Singapore; Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Hamburg; Raffles Hotel, Singapore; Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh; Grand Hotel d’Angkor, Siem Reap; and the Merchant Court Hotel in Sydney.
