FIRST Choice and Unijet have buried the hatchet with ARTAC
Worldchoice and struck a new deal with the consortium.
The move comes six months after Worldchoice dumped the
operators off its preferred supplier list in a bitter dispute over commission.
The row followed a refusal by the operators to increase
their support at a time when sales through the consortium were falling.
In a diplomatic joint statement, the companies said a “mutually
satisfactory agreement” had now been reached after months of negotiation.
The deal will reward agents with over-ride commissions on
targets achieved for group-wide sales, which include Unijet and Sunquest.
