Midconsort puts £25,000 into academy

MIDCONSORT is investing £25,000-£30,000 in setting up a
state-of-the-art training academy to improve the quality of agency staff and
help solve the current recruitment crisis.

Managing director Charles Eftichiou said the idea was to
allow agencies to find untrained staff they wanted to recruit and send them to
the academy.

“As an industry we have a problem with the quality of staff
and recruitment,” he said.

Courses will aim to improve staff knowledge, service and the
profitability of each agency.
