JMC upgrades viewdata facility

JMC has launched a number of viewdata enhancements following feedback from agents. The changes allow agents to book and cancel holiday add-ons, including secure airport parking, late check-out, car hire and private taxi transfers. In addition, name changes can be carried out via the system.

JMC director of sales Ian Derbyshire said: “With the increasing pressure of time, agents want instant access to book, amend and cancel various elements of holidays. We have enhanced viewdata to make it easy for customer requests to be incorporated into the booking.”
