WORLDCHOICE
chairman Colin Heal and Worldchoice Northern Ireland chairman Bryan Somers will
be battling it out to sit on the board following the resignation of Julian
Foster.
Foster,
who was board managing director, resigned over the shareholder value scheme
last month. He had planned to stand for re-election but has pulled out and is
backing Somers.
“It is
generally felt a different candidate would be better to drive the required
policies through the board,” admitted Foster.
The
deadline for returning ballot forms is November 15 and a result will be
announced within the following three days.
