Tour operator helps hurricane-hit customers

Specialist operator North America Travel Service is working around the clock to manage the itineraries of 204 clients in the US due to visit hurricane-affected areas.

Clients are being moved to destinations such as the Great Lakes. Bookings are being dealt with on a case-by-case basis, depending on the flexibility of air carriers. There have been some cancellations.

New Orleans will remain in NATS’ brochure, launched in a few weeks, to support the region.

Cosmos is allowing clients to cancel, amend or postpone bookings to New Orleans until the end of the year. Virgin Holidays is allowing changes until the end of October.
