TRITON has kicked off a three-pronged £35,000 training programme to bring its members up to speed on the Triton Search system.
Classroom training is taking place in a number of destinations including Global’s Chester head office.
Global is putting together an interactive web-based system which can be used as a support tool to help members understand the new dynamic packaging technology.
Worldchoice is also piloting technology for groups of seven agents to log on and take part in trouble-shooting conference calls.
