SPEAR Travel is looking to double its homeworking network by offering up to 75% commission.
Director Peter Cookson said the group was looking for “another 20 or 30 agent homeworkers” to add to its existing 25 covering both leisure and business travel.
Cookson said he has had “a terrific response” from recent advertisements in Travel Weekly.
He said a good agent can earn from 65% commission.
“Homeworkers will start on a lower level of commission and when they can demonstrate a higher level of sales they move up the scale to 75%,” Cookson said.
