WORLDCHOICE has announced the eight regional representatives for its new Members’ Consultative Council.
Alan Couser from Strandtown Travel, Donaghadee in Northern Ireland is the representative for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Tyneside region.
Tracey Dixon from Over Sands Travel in Cumbria is the representative for Lancashire, Cumbria and Yorkshire.
David Wootton from Knighton Travel in Tamworth has been voted in to the Midlands hotseat.
Dave Criddle from Dave Criddle Travel is on the committee for South Wales, the south west, west and Sussex.
The Travel Corporation’s Tony Radstone will represent London, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
East Anglia and Essex will be served by Thorpe Travel in Norwich’s John Garbutt.
The South and south London is represented by Croydon agency Wallace Arnold Worldchoice’s John Flin.
The committee has been set up as a communication channel between grass roots members and the Worldchoice board.
Members were voted on the committee, which meets on Wednesday, by a one vote per agency in the respective regions.
