Apartmentsabroad.com aims to become more user-friendly with the launch of new search tools.
Managing director Ian Thirlwall said thanks to the changes agents will now be able to search for specific property names, perform alphabetical searches and order searches according to price and ratings, either in ascending or descending order.
He said with the growing number of properties featured on the site – there are now around 20,000 – the upgrade should give agents a better chance of matching properties to customers’ needs.
“As we moved to provide greater depth and breadth to our product offering agents rightly pointed out that we needed also to enhance site navigation and make it easier to narrow searches,” he said.
“We have responded with a major site upgrade that provides agents with a range of tools with which to pinpoint appropriate properties.”
The property description pages have also been revamped, allowing for greater detail and enlarged supporting picture galleries.
