Lowcosttravelgroup.com has announced plans to expand throughout Europe.

Founder and chief executive Paul Evans said the dynamic packaging firm would enter the German market in the summer before rolling out to Spain, Italy, Ireland and France over the subsequent 12 months.

Former Avro and Travelocity managing director Andrew Nicholson has been recruited to the position of European managing director to oversee the expansion.

“The company’s domestic business is continuing to exceed its targets so it was the right time to export our business model into new markets,” Evans said.
