Thornton’s Travel Service and Fast Track Holidays were the big winners at Travel Weekly’s Southwest and Wales Agent Excellence Awards last night.
Bristol-based Thornton’s won both business travel categories and the award for best agency innovation for its computer-generated window displays.
Fast Track Holidays, which is based in Wiltshire, won the categories for best cruise agency and best call centre sales consultant.
The event was held at the Southwest/Wales Travel Trade Ball at the British Empire and Commonwealth Museum in Bristol.
