The Preston Travel Group has announced the acquisition of homeworking company Holiday City for an undisclosed sum.
Last year the group, which owns Flybe, bought homeworking firm Kwik Travel and Amathus Holidays.
Holiday City has its head office in south Wales and a call centre in Sheffield.
The group said it is looking to continue acquisitions.
