Flight Centre bids to boost website performance with Maxymiser software

Flight Centre has enlisted Maxymiser software to boost online performance and build revenue.


The software allows agents to test how well the various aspects of its website are performing. It tracks visitor response to content and finds the best way to prompt customers to complete online enquiry forms, which travel agents then follow up on the phone or via email.


Online marketing manager Robyn Simper said: “We hope to drive more visitors to complete our enquiry process giving our consultants more potential customers to speak to.”


Flight Centre specialises in tailor-making long haul holidays and has more than 100 high street locations in the UK.


Maxymiser is also used by P&O Ferries, National Express and STA Travel.
