TheTrainline teams up with LateRooms

TheTrainline.com is to incorporate LateRooms.com‘s hotels database into its website in an exclusive white label deal.


Customers using the rail retailer’s website will be able to choose from 6,500 UK hotels using a white label booking system. A total of 60% of TheTrainline.com customers buy tickets involving an overnight stay, creating a significant opportunity for the two companies.


TheTrainline.com commercial director Ben Pearson said: “Hotels and train tickets are a natural combination and linking up with LateRooms.com allows us to offer great deals on combined travel options. We are sure our customers will welcome the time and money we can save them.”


LateRooms.com head of commercial partnerships Jenny Oakley said: “The partnership with TheTrainline.com is an excellent business fit in terms of customer profile, booking lead times and geographical coverage.”
