Luxury operator Classic Collection Holidays is embarking on its first-ever January sale.
Discounts apply to 66 hotels across 28 destinations, including up to £1,562 per couple off Gatwick departures to Carlisle Bay in Antigua in June.
The specialist operator is also introducing cruises with Silversea following feedback from the trade.
Classic Collection Holidays managing director Nick Munday said: “During January footfall is particularly driven by the added value that a sale brings.
“Classic has always backed the travel trade and our first ever January sale has been designed to continue this support.”
A sale booklet is being made available in print and digital device-friendly formats, for agents to overbrand and distribute to their own databases.
The print edition of the 36-page sale brochure has a 60,000 print run. Should the operator’s top 200 agents distribute the digital version to their databases there is a potential audience of 500,000 clients.
“Our hotelier partners have shown a very keen interest in working with us on this as they have been impressed by a digital reach through supportive travel agents giving them access to high quality, high spend customers whom they are more than happy to host in their properties,” Munday added.
“Our new venture with Silversea has been largely driven by feedback from the travel trade. Silversea and Classic are sold through the same travel agents to passengers with a similar customer profile.
“Equally, the Silversea fleet is a very good fit with the hotel product that Classic features. As twin and multi-centre holidays have grown in popularity to become a major part of our business, our expertise in creating flexible multi-centre holidays has developed.
“Given the excellence of our hotel product and the superb Silversea fleet, these holidays could be regarded as being the ultimate multi-centre option where your hotel travels with you.
“Travel agents seem genuinely excited about supporting our new partnership with Silversea.”
