Barrhead Travel’s managed service branches and homeworking division Brilliant Travel has announced plans to double the size of its business by the end of 2018.
Over the past four years, the Brilliant Travel has grown its number of managed service travel partners (MSTPs) and homeworkers by 48%.
To cater for the extra business, it has appointed two business development managers; Daniel Steabler for MSTPs and Rebecca Price for homeworkers.
Part of the 2018 growth strategy will be to recruit a dedicated training and development co-ordinator for homeworkers and MSTPs.
In its latest drive for new MSTP and homeworking members, Brilliant Travel is looking for agents with “experience and passion for travel”.
The division, which offers its members full Atol-bonding and gives access to an intranet and Barrhead’s rates, is headed up by director Linda Pyle, who started four years ago.
She said: “We are looking for more good people, who are ambitious, and, at the heart of it all, love helping people fulfil their dream holiday.”
“We are committed to an active expansion of our network. Our figures are the proof of what can be achieved when passionate and knowledgeable people work together in pursuit of success.”
