Travel companies using the Hotelbeds, Tourico Holidays, GTA and Bedsonline brands are being offered a concierge service to offer to their customers.
Travellers will be able to access a personal assistance hotline 24 hours a day, seven days per week by local people in both English and Spanish.
The service is initially being made available key Latin American destinations – Punta Cana, Cancun and Riviera Maya – as well as Bangkok and Phuket in Thailand in addition to Malta and Bodrum in the Mediterranean.
Hotelbeds Group plans to expand the service to other locations in the following months.
It offers:
· Concierge meeting on arrival (on request)
· Interpretation/translation services
· Information on local infrastructure, services and transport
· Arrange, book and buy tours, tickets, attractions, events, transfers and car rentals
· Information on culture, lifestyle, sports and local traditions
