A Future Travel advisor has become the first homeworker to be made a specialist agent by Kuoni.
Alison Ender, who works from home in Silsden, West Yorkshire, was awarded the position after hitting her sales targets and completing both the Kuoni Diploma and Xpert training course.
Now, following the appointment, she will be offered a number of additional services by the operator, including priority access to trade relations and sales departments, while she is also listed on the specialist agents website kuoni.co.uk/specialist_agents/.
The listing will allow customers to access her contact details as they search for their nearest expert.
Ender said: “I am thrilled to be the first homeworker to achieve this award, which means that my customers can book with confidence, knowing that I am officially an expert.
“I pride myself on giving a friendly, unbiased, professional service, as well as taking care of all the finishing touches, like car parking at the airport, theatre tickets and car hire.”
