HOGG Robinson has bought out the remaining 49% of its Canadian subsidiary Rider BTI for £12.3m.
The firm acquired its initial 51% stake in 1998. Rider BTI, which employs 870 staff, will be integrated into Hogg Robinson’s travel operation.
