On the Beach non-executive chairman Lee Ginsberg is stepping down from the online travel agency.
The move is being made in order for him “to focus on other time commitments”.
Ginsburg, deputy chairman of Patisserie Holdings, will remain on the board of the Manchester-based OTA as a non-executive director.
Senior independent director David Kelly will take over as chairman on an interim basis while also chairing the firm’s nomination committee.
The changes will take effect at the end of the month.
“An executive search firm will shortly be appointed to assist with the search for a new chair of the board,” On the Beach said.
“The board will continue to review its structure to ensure it has the appropriate breadth and depth of experience while meeting corporate governance best practice.”
