Thomas Cook Sport has launched a 35-night package to include all England’s games at the 2010 football World Cup in South Africa.
The exclusive package, which starts at £8,200 per person, includes tickets to every England game in the group and knock-out stages of the tournament. If England are knocked out at any stage, fans will still receive tickets to watch the remaining matches, including the final.
The lead-in price for the seven-match trip is based on two people sharing a room with category 3 match tickets, including British Airways flights from London. All categories of match tickets are available, with the full itinerary published after the draw on December 4.
Accommodation is in Johannesburg and Cape Town, and the package includes airport and match transfers and 24 hour representatives. Supplementary costs will apply for domestic flights if games are not held in Johannesburg or Cape Town.
Thomas Cook Sport managing director Danny Talbot said the package followed “unprecedented interest” from fans to follow England to the World Cup.
Thomas Cook also has Follow England packages for England’s group matches starting at £2,499, and Football Experience packages, including tickets to see Round 16 matches, quarter finals in Johannesburg and matches up to the semi-final in Cape Town.
Thomas Cook Sport is among the official FIFA appointed travel companies for the World Cup alongside Thomson Sport, Keith Prowse Hospitality and BAC Sport.
The package is available through Thomas Cook agents or by calling Thomas Cook Sport direct on 020 8739 2360.
