P&O Cruises and Cunard are holding a webinar for agents this afternoon to explain their new e-ticketing system.
The Waves of Wisdom session, to be hosted by Complete Cruise Solution, starts at 3pm and will last about 50 minutes.
P&O Cruises announced at the beginning of this month that it was moving to an e-ticketing system from January. Cunard will follow suit in April 2010.
The move means clients will no longer receive cruise documents by post. Instead they or their agent will have to download and print their own tickets.
Agents can take part in the webinar by clicking here and entering their agency name. They also need to dial into the webinar on 0844 846 1660 and enter the participant code 1942260 when instructed.
There will be a chance to ask questions throughout the session.
