Ace has launched a programme of events and training opportunities for agents across the country.
There are 80 planned ship visits at ports including Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Guernsey and Southampton and for the first time a visit is in the diary for Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Magic in Dover on July 30 .
Other visits will be made by Voyages of Discovery’s Discovery and the new Celebrity Eclipse.
Five expos are expected, offering face-to-face training and networking designed for both experienced agents and those new to cruise.
The first, which specialises in luxury, river and niche cruising, takes place at the Birmingham Council House on May 18.
The next is on June 10 at Newcastle and will look at practical advice and guidance on increasing cruise sales with a further three Expos planned for later in the year.
Director Flo Powell said: “We know there is strong demand for cruise knowledge as more than 5,354 agents undertook online Ace training in the last year.
“We are continually expanding our training portfolio and ship visits and Cruise Expos compliment perfectly our online resources.”
