Specialist tour operator Travelzest has announced the appointment of former First Choice director Nigel Jenkins as a non-executive director.
Jenkins was a founding director of Unijet in 1981 and is currently the non-executive chairman of KBC PR and Marketing, and a non-executive director of All Leisure Group.
The appointment came as Travelzest revealed its half year results to April 30 with group winter 2009/10 bookings up 14%, driven mainly by a strong showing in Canada.
