A former Tesco group HR director has been named as chief people officer for Saga.
Jane Storm is to join the over-50s travel and insurance group on October 1.
She is moving from newspaper and magazine distributor Connect Group and previously spent 19 years at Tesco.
Her experience includes advising businesses on becoming more customer centric and digital in their operational focus and outlook.
Outgoing Saga chief executive Lance Batchelor said: “We are delighted that Jane will be joining Saga.
“Her extensive human resources experience will be invaluable at this pivotal moment in our business, as we focus on becoming an increasingly customer centric organisation and with the recent launch of our three-year fixed price insurance offering and our fantastic new cruise ship, the Spirit of Discovery, which has just carried her first passengers.”
