is to allow agents to amend and cancel bookings once without charge.

Sales and marketing director Ian Coyle said the website had been updated and the no-fee facility, which follows agent feedback, would take effect from June 1.

After that date, agents will also be able to amend and cancel bookings made before the upgrade.

Changes will have to be made at least 24 hours before the booking is due to commence.

“Since we launched the latest version of our trade site earlier this year, where we enhanced usability and streamlined the booking process, we have continued to focus on efficiency by technology and court feedback from our agent partners across the UK,” Coyle said.

“Top of that feedback wish list has been to assist the agents we supply by removing a communication cost and resource time from their business when working with HolidayTaxis – as in previously having to telephone or email our operations team to action amendment and cancellation requests.

“Amendments and cancellations are really quite a rare occurrence, but we’re now delighted to oblige and provide what has been requested.

“We’ll always strive to ensure our partners have the most efficient transfer booking systems and connectivity, to complement our objective of providing our agent partners with the unrivalled customer service levels they are accustomed to.”
