France air traffic strike hits Montpellier

A strike by air traffic controllers is affecting flights using Montpellier airport in France.


Delays of up to three and an half hours have been reported. The walkout has hit flights linking Montpellier with Lyon, Nantes, Paris, Amsterdam and Copenhagen.


The airport said in a statement that delays will range between 30 minutes and three and a half hours.
