dnata targets university leavers with new graduate scheme

dnata Travel Group has launched a graduate management scheme targeting 2020 university leavers who want to build a career in the travel industry.

Successful candidates will rotate between departments over two years spending time at both the group’s B2B and consumer brands in finance, marketing, sales and operations, IT, HR and product.

They will work towards a masters in leadership which will be awarded from Ashridge Business School and be eligible to apply for management positions anywhere in the business.

The scheme is open to six individuals who have studied any subject at any UK institution, but have to have achieved at least a 2:1 level degree.

“The diversity and scope of our business is unrivalled, and we’re confident that anyone who joins us through the scheme will learn an enormous amount. So whatever your interest, background, location or degree choice, we want to hear from you.”

Interested candidates can apply online and if shortlisted will be invited to attend a phone or video interview in the new year.

Finalists will be invited to attend an assessment centre shortly afterwards and permanent offers of employment will be made in the spring ready to start in September.
