The Elite travel agent consortium has changed some timings for its annual conference after confirmation of the dates for The Travel Convention organised by Abta.
With the Abta event due to take place in Palma on October 3-5, Elite has decided to condense its conference so it now finish at 2.30pm after lunch on October 2.
Elite director Robert Grinsell said: “I realise that the Abta conference does not affect many members, but it may have an impact on our suppliers attending, so we are working closely with them to allow them to attend both valuable conferences.”
