Advantage unveils booking app for members

The Advantage Travel Partnership has unveiled a new booking app for members to allow customers to reserve face-to-face and virtual appointments.

The Appoint.Travel app has been developed by digital solutions agency Brighter Design, with members who sign up for a discounted fee given a unique link to share with clients.

A booking page will show availability of face-to-face, video or phone appointments which can then be booked.

Customers will also be able to select holiday preferences in advance of appointments, including preferred destination, departure date, party size and duration.

Kelly Cookes, Advantage leisure director, said: “We are really excited to be launching the Appoint.Travel app as not only is it exclusive to Advantage members until the end of July, but we have also negotiated a special rate for our members.

“The app is simple to use and we hope will help to ensure agents are in the best possible position to deliver their expert and trusted service.”

Ross Matthews, director at Brighter Design, said: “We are delighted to be launching Appoint.Travel and to be helping Advantage members reopen for business.

“Our own research shows that customers have quickly become comfortable booking appointments online, via mobile and through social channels and we wanted to develop a solution that works for travel agents to tap into this trend.”
